About

This agreement, in the form of an event, is for students in a designated Indianapolis Community Requirement (ICR) course. This form covers terms and activities at ICR approved sites based on the course for which students are enrolled.

By signing this agreement, students understand that the ICR component of this class is part of their academic coursework, that they have made a commitment to their assigned community engagement requirement, that any misrepresentation of student ICR hours or experience falls under Butler University's Policy on Academic Integrity, and that their behavior and actions in the community reflect on Butler University as a whole.
