After the passing of my husband in Oct 2013 and his burial at Arlington National Cemetary in Feb 2014, I was ready for a new chapter in the book of life.

After 32 years of military and federal civilian service to my country, I retired in May 2014 from Dept of Defense as the Deputy Director for Financial Operations (Reverse Logistics). I was living in Battle Creek, MI when I retired and moved to Northern Michigan to be closer to my parents.
